This panel will explore ways to create opportunities for international legal exchange and to start a foreign study program. Topics will include long and short-range planning for a foreign program, working with partner law schools and consortia, developing contacts and finding a host institution, arranging logistics, navigating the A.B.A. inspection and approval process for foreign study programs, meeting unusual challenges, and ensuring the continued success of a program.
