Genetics in the Courtroom

This program will cover the issues related to the use of genetic information and biomarkers as evidence in criminal cases for identification purposes, in civil litigation to prove causation in toxic tort and products liability actions, and other emerging evidentiary issues arising from the use of DNA databanks and samples of genetic materials.
