	Walter E. Dellinger III, Duke University

Professor Dellinger has served in the U.S. Department of Justice in several positions. Most recently, he was the Acting Solicitor General for the 1996-97 term of the Supreme Court. He has also served as Assistant Attorney General in the Office of Legal Counsel (1993-96) and as Special Counsel (1980-81).
