This program explores writing across the second- and third-year law school curriculum as a means to promote not only writing skills but also deeper understanding of substantive law and students' own values. The goal of this program is to promote creative thinking and discussion toward the end of providing students with a wide range of writing experiences in courses that are specifically geared to writing, as well as in courses that are primarily doctrinal or clinical.
