This panel will provide an overview of the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO) since its enactment in 1970, as well as specific focus on some of the domestic and international applications of RICO, including money laundering prosecutions. In addition the panel will examine analogous laws and their application in Asia and Europe.
