This symposium will focus on issues confronting the academic support student in the Year 2010. Presenters will briefly discuss issues ranging from evaluating law schools in light of their Bar passage rate to the impact of undergraduate majors on the legal reasoning process to balancing the needs of the many against the needs of the few. An interactive panel discussion will follow. This program is of particular interest to academic professionals, administrators and substantive teachers who are regularly involved in educating "at risk" students.
