| This program will explore what we have learned and what we still need to learn about court-ordered ADR programs. We are now dealing with a variety of federal court ADR programs as a result of the Civil Justice Reform Act. States continue to move forth in a variety of ways on the mandated ADR front. It is time to collectively assess where we are, what we have learned, what is working and what is not. |
